Because I remember struggling through those days, weeks and months in my first sales career.

Years ago, after being hired for my first sales job I knew I would be required to make cold calls.

A terrifying thought at the time.

The first day I was scheduled to make pro-active cold phone calls, the manager sat next to me, listening to every word I spoke.

Was I nervous?

I still remember the feeling of butterflies in my stomach and sweaty palms while I was making the call.

I wasn’t sure I would be able to speak.

Somehow I made it through that first call.

With practice and through trial and error, my confidence and sales increased and I became the manager of my department – a department that had a higher profit margin and better employee retention rate than any other department in the company while I was manager.

This is the reason I do what I do.

I love helping new customer service and sales reps through the process of making pro-active outbound calls that produce positive results. I am passionate about working with experienced sales people who want to build trust and eliminate rejection during telesales calls.

How It Works

This private, online seminar is a four-week e-class that consists of four different workbooks (one for each week) and it is conducted personally by me, using e-mail and telephone and the Internet.

The first week you get the Week One workbook e-mailed to you. It contains 33 pages with seven worksheets (assignment pages) that you complete at your own pace and e-mail back to me.

After I review your completed assignment pages, we will schedule a 30-minute phone call to give you my comments, ideas and suggestions and answer any questions you may have. Then I will e-mail the second week’s workbook to you, and so on, for each week.

At the end of the four weeks, I will send you a fill-in-the-blanks open book review with key points and highlights of each week of the entire seminar.

Because I work directly with each person, each class is limited to 10 people for an intensive 4-week marketing, coaching and sales online seminar.  I’m accepting applications now for this 4-week e-class, so we can lock in the seats.
